What we do
The Smart Phone Anyone Can Use
Smart phones are versatile, small, and useful, especially to an increasingly mobile society. Professionals who travel also have to stay connected to the main office. Working parents want to be able to check on their children. Young adults cannot stand the thought of being away from the internet for any length of time.
They are ideal for elderly people as well, but many do not have them because they cannot operate them. People with visual impairments have problems using them because they are getting smaller and smaller with every new model. Many middle-aged adults cannot figure out how to do more than make a call on them. It can all be quite confusing and complicated.
An Easier Product
In an effort to address the needs of those who are not adept at programming, snapfon has introduced a smart phone that is easy to use and understand. The phone has features that are specifically designed for older people and those with trouble seeing. The buttons are large and bold so they can be seen clearly. A speaking keypad helps with functions.
Setting Up the Phone
This phone can be purchased for an introductory rate with any of the four service plans available at low monthly rate. It can also be purchased individually for use on just about any other service, except Sprint of Verizon. The manual is written in simple steps and there are videos available online that explain each feature of the phone. Between those two resources, anyone can successfully operate this device.
The snapfon comes with a protection package that covers most physical damage to the product. Water, dropping it on the floor, or an accident can happen at any time. Simply send the damaged phone back to the company and it will be replaced free of charge. The package even covers shipping both ways.
The device has an alert system that can be activated by the user with the touch of a button. This feature will send a text and voice message to five cellular phone users to let them know the owner needs help. Those five people can include emergency personnel, a family member, or even a neighbor. A loud siren will also sound to alert those in the immediate area.
