MTOP brings companies and refugees together in the labour market, supports both sides and shows the potential of integration.
Highly-skilled and motivated refugees prepare themselves for entrance into the Austrian labor market through the MTOP Associates Program. Associates are put through 200 hours of training and one-on-one coaching. MTOP assists associates beyond the job entry phase. Once employed, MTOP associates will become role models of successful integration, as well as provide diverse skills to companies.
