DSI hunt workshop at Maker Faire Rome

27th September 2016

Who are the makers at MFR that are developing projects around societal issues such as energy consumption, alternative ways of distributing or making goods, systems for care-giving based on open source hardware, social innovation policies for local communities, innovative services, and collaborative business models? Let’s find and award them!

Participants of the workshop will be trained as digital social innovation ambassadors that:
– contribute to the creation of a bottom-up tool for assessing projects with a potential social impact;
– hunt and award the makers that are digital social innovators;
– contribute to the creation of the distributed DSI exhibition all around Europe

The projects awarded by the DSI ambassadors will become part of a distributed exhibition at Maker Faire Europe and will be featured on the official website of DSI4EU: www.digitalsocial.eu
